CHASHUMEN SOUP WITH SOY SAUCE AND GRILLED BEEF

INGREDIENTS:

100 g pork neck
1 boiled egg
1 package of OYAKATA SOY SAUCE
nori, edamame and chives for decoration

WAY OF PREPERATION:
 
  1. Fry the pork neck on the pan. Cut it into flat chunks.
  2. Prepare the OYAKATA SOY SAUCE soup according to the instructions on the packaging.
  3. Add the pork neck and egg to the soup and decorate with chives, nori and edamame.
