THICK RAMEN SOUP WITH EGG

INGREDIENTS:
 
1 egg
0.5 teaspoonful potato starch
1 package of OYAKATA MISO
shiitake mushrooms and chives for decoration
WAY OF PREPERATION:
 
  1. Break the egg to a bowl and beat with a whisk.
  2. Prepare the OYAKATA MISO soup according to the instructions on the packaging.
  3. Add an egg to boiling OYAKATA MISO soup.
  4. Dissolve potato starch in 30 ml of water, add to the soup and stir.
  5. Decorate with butter-fried shiitake and chives.
