DISH NOODLES WITH SOY SAUCE AND EGG

INGREDIENTS:
 
1 package of OYAKATA SOY SAUCE
0.5 teaspoonful soy sauce
0.5 teaspoonful sesame oil
1 teaspoonful sesame
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 nori
1 yolk, sliced lee and finely chopped chives for decoration
WAY OF PREPERATION:
 
  1. Stir the OYAKATA SOY SAUCE seasoning, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped garlic and sesame together.
  2. Cook and drain the OYAKATA SOY SAUCE noodles.
  3. Pour the sauce over the prepared sauce and stir.
  4. Put raw yolk on the top of the noodles and decorate the dish with chives, leek and nori.
