NOODLE SALAD WITH CHICKEN AND AVOCADO

INGREDIENTS:
 

1 OYAKATA Chicken Ramen soup
½ chicken breasts
1 boiled egg
5 cherry tomatoes
30 g corn
100 g cabbage
½ avocado
5 fresh cucumber “matchsticks”

WAY OF PREPERATION:
 

Cook and slice chicken breast. Wash and chop vegetables. Cook the noodles from the OYAKATA Chicken Ramen soup for 3 minutes, drain and leave to cool. Mix the spice from the OYAKATA soup with 50 ml cold water. Put the cooked noodles, the chicken slices, the pre-chopped vegetables and egg halves on the plate. Pour the sauce made of the OYAKATA spice over the dish.
